how to calculate family members for EE?

Hi, I am working on my EE application and it asks me about my family members. My husband is a Canadian citizen, do I need to include him in family members? Also, would the number of required funds change if I mention him as a family member (2 family members instead of one)??

You should mention 2 and provide POF accordingly

Its called family size even if they are not immigrating.

How come a family consists of 1 anyway.
