how to apply TRV?

My friend has a valid closed work permit but his TRV stamp on passport expired, how can he apply for new TRV with in Canada, and does he need to do the biometrics again, as he performed could of years ago

can you please provide me the website to go to apply TRV and which option I need to chose while applying for TRV stamp on visa

No biometrics required if have done it within the past 10 years. Follow the directions for applying for a TRV. They will only be given a TRV until the end of their WP.

Hi guys.
I have just received closed work permit and applying for trv inside canada. I have watched so many videos and getting confused, if I have to check yes or no in a question which says " do you have written job offer ".
Can anyone help me please.
Also should I apply for my spouse on the same application as its creating another problem when I check yes on the job offer question.
