There are people in form, who state that their process was complete in 1 month. I think it is a way government advertises the program. But reality is that there are more people whose process lasted more than 6 months.

Yes you need to visit a Phil Consulate office here in Canada for an NBI fingerprint card which you will use to file for an NBI clearance in the Phils. You may ask a family member to submit the application for you in the Phils. There are alao agencies who can do it for you for a fee of course.Vern said:Ok. Thank you.
