How to apply an open work permit for my spouse

Hello elders!!Can you please teach me how to apply an open work permit for my spouse.
I am here already in Canada working for more than 3 months. I want to know what are the
requirements needed, and am I qualified to do so? I have noc code 6233 Thanks a lot!!!
