I have deposited my document in delhi emabassy on 27th july 2010 my status shows application received . My question is that generally how many days will it take to change the status in process

What is ur NOc if it is 1122 just join the thread which i have created fr this noc only. so that u will get correct idea, write ur visa office date of submission and keep on update, i will prepare table fr all those u applied after 26/6

dear saini,
it depends upon many factors like noc,vo, etc in case of new delhi vo it is taking around 4 months to change into " in process " my case it has been 95 days but still shows "received by VO ". hope it will help you to calculate ur timeline,

I applied in May 09, still the status is "received by the visa office"...

I want to withdraw my case my e cas status is received by visa office ( actually my last date of 120 days was 27 th july & i deposited my all document excluding ielts result . i thought that if i cleared my ielts exam then i will send it later on but i was not passed in my ielts exam ) now i want to withdraw my case but my e cas status is received by visa office i want to know that if i want to apply for withdrwal then will my emabassy fee refund

You can get a refund as long as your case doesn't go into 'In Process'. Send a letter immediately requesting withdrawal of your application & refund of fees.
Anyways without the IELTS TRF, you may not get the requisite points for English & as such your app. may get rejected. In that case too, your fees is refundable.
Choice is yours....

Yes they will reject and your fee will be not refunded. Ielts is compulsory.Yukon is right. Send them letter as soon as possible stating that you wanna withdraw your application due to some reason. Kindly refund fee. Send the letter before your case being put **In Process**.
