How Much Time It Takes From Passport to Visa Stamped via VFS

Just recieved the msg on VFS portal that passports have been dispatched today.

Submitted at Bangalore VFS - 7th Mar'18
Passport reached Delhi on : 8th Mar'18
Approved in CIC account: 15th Mar'18
Document reprocessed : 04 Apr’18 (
Passport dispatched: 04 Apr’18

VFS confirmed on call that passport will be available by tomorrow

1 month sure is long

i applied for open spouse work permit online for canada on 13 march 2018 and on 26 march i got an email that a desicion is made on your application please submit ur passport to near vfs center.on 27 march i submitted my passport in vfs chandigarh and now its 4th of march no mail and message of submitting passport is come.i checked on vfs site it says ur passport is processed it vfs delhi but no message on my number is comed of forwarded ur passport to delhi and even no mail what can i do and how many days it take to orocess my visa.. please anybody help me

CIC status updated to “Approved” just now, but VFS tracking still says processing in NDVO. Maybe it will take another week for them to send the passport

Official time is 5 weeks but they are doing it in 3 weeks

my passport forwarded yesrerday from vac to vienna embassy
and i got sms and email the tracking number yesterday which is on 03.04.2018
does anybody know how long the vienna office will take time limit to stamp passport to sending back to me ???????

I submitted my passport on March 26th at VFS Bangalore, They asked for both my old passport and the current one. Any idea why they needed the old one? Are there any more checks to be done?
