How Much Time It Takes From Passport to Visa Stamped via VFS

I have an update. As per the previous post, the VFS tracking said
"application is received and is being processed at IRCC New Delhi".
This morning, the status changed to:
"Visa application, tracking ID No.XXXX is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI.To know more, please call VAC helpline number or visit VAC website."
Literally, I realize they mean the same thing. However, i want to know if anyone else had been through this or going through this right now.

Got PPR on 23rd and submitted Passports at VFS Bangalore on 25th July.
It said "processing at IRCC New Delhi" till yesterday and now changed to

Some online forums say it should be completed the next day after this message.

Guys, please check your online portals of your application. at cic website, you must have got a ghost update this morning.

I did not get one. what does your vfs online tracking say? has your application been completed in CIC.

I saw the same change in the messages while tracking only. Also, I got a Biometric enrollment confirmation letter stating that it is valid for 10 years. Did anyone get this as well? Is anyone aware of the timeline from here?
