How Much Time It Takes From Passport to Visa Stamped via VFS

I have submitted an online application for a visitor visa on 14th May 2019, given biometrics on 21st May and received a letter regarding the validity of Biometrics. I have not received any update on my application till now. I supposed to start my journey on 1st July. Why the processing is getting delayed :(.

HELP or Please Advise.

Got PPR/passport request on 1st May 2019.
Submitted Passport via Agent to VFS since living in Surat couldn't go personally to nearest VFS Ahmd/Mumbai.
Passport submitted on 6th May, 2019. Got VFS tracking.
Passport received at IRCC office and Tracking website still says "Passport has been received and is under process at the IRCC Office on 8th May, 2019".

I have called Agent, VFS helpline/Customer care. Filled out IRCC web form and Emailed Delhi and Bengaluru embassy email address. Haven't got any update on passport.

VFS keeps saying Passport is with High Commission of Canada and it depends on them when to release passport.

Is there any way i can get a status. Looks like the passport is mishandled since its almost more than a month now.

SPECIAL NOTE: On my CIC account it does shows visa document was printed on 15th May 2019. However Passport still not received.

Passport dispatched from IRCC Delhi - 10th June 2019
Passport Reached VFS - 10th June 2019

Didn’t get the passport yet.

Yours is still under 3-4 weeks time period. Mine is more than month now.

I submitted my passport since April 2019 and they said my account was counterfeit that I should reply them back with evidence which I did but since then no reply from them yet and my school starts very soon

How much time it takes on average to get the passport back for spouse sponsorship?

Submitted passport at VFS Delhi on June 6th

Under process at IRCC - June 7th

Still waiting to get the passport back. Saw some people getting passport back in 2-3 days. Getting worried.
