How many weeks in advance the citizenship ceremony do they send you the oath letter? 2 or 3 weeks? thanks

Apparently CIC quotes now 35 months delay since receiving RQ in private communications.

"Please be advised that we received your additional documents on (date) (That was my completed residency questionnaire they are referring to) Your application is in queue to be assessed. This has caused a delay in your processing. Standard delays for this determination (i.e. residency assessment) are up to 35 months from the completed residency questionnaire was received. Once that is determined, you will be notified of the next step."

"So all you people waiting for now almost 35 months, you have to wait another 1 year untill you hear back from them. That is why the website is not getting updated with the new processing times. IT has even got worst!!!!!!"

Looks like 2 weeks before oath you should get a letter, for instance: https://secure.immigration.ca/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=14523&PID=211927&title=no-news-for-montreal-offices#211927
