Can anyone suggest me that in how many colg one should apply the offer letter for a particular intake?

That's purely your wish. Apply to 1 clg and get an offer from that clg or apply to as many clgs you want and get offer letter from 1 or more clgs. Your call..

I am new here and I want to explore the study pathway to immigrate to Canada. Please which schools can i apply to? How do I start the process? Can I still meet up with January 2020 intake?

Oh! Then you will get for sure I think. I applied only in Langara clg and got LoA.
When did u get it? I didnt apply to langara because my agent said that langara takes a loooooooot of time to send offer letter
Haha..yes they do. That's what ppl say. But I received offer letter from them in around 1 n half month or 45 days approximately. I got it in April for Jan 2020. Applied in mid Feb for Sept 2019 and then deferred to Jan 2020 during March 1st week.
