Scenario:

Company A - India - (In designation X and Y) - from 2011 to 2014 - NOC: 2174

I have the below proofs
  1. offer letter
  2. relieving letter (with start date, last designation, end date on company letter head)
  3. Affidavit from previous supervisor (as the company did not provide experience letter with roles)
  4. Salary certificate
  5. Tax forms (form 16)
  6. Bank statements (as a proof of salary credit)
Company B - India - (in designation X and Y) - from 2014 to 2019 - NOC: 2174
Company B - Canada - (in designation Y) - from 2019 to 2020(present) - NOC: 2174

I have the below proofs
  1. India offer letter
  2. Canada offer letter
  3. Deputation letter (for the transfer from India to Canada)
  4. Experience letter (one single letter for both India and Canada with roles)
  5. India Salary slips
  6. Canada Salary slips
Questions:
  1. For company A, the proofs mentioned above will be sufficient enough? If not, is there any other suggestions?
  2. In work history how many entries should I create?
    1. Company A & Company B - based on company 2 entries
    2. Company A(India), Company B(India), Company B(Canada) - If I had show it country specific then it will be 3 entries
    3. Company A(India) role X, Company A(India) role Y, Company B(India) role X, Company B(India) role Y, Company B(Canada) role Y - 5 entries

For CRS calculation, you’ll only get max points for 3 years of foreign work experience And 5 years of Canadian work experience in the past 10 years. Any declaration beyond these are just not value adding to your EE profile.

Your foreign work experience with company B is enough to get max CRS points for foreign work experience, you don’t need company A.

Work experience should be split per designation, company and location. if you only have one letter for two designations, just upload it for each Document place holder when you get ITA.

if your experience letter shows all of IRCC’s requirements, that’s all you need. For Canadian experience, you need to add T4 and income tax returns.
