Question on Canadian work experience and work history in EE Profile

I am hoping if someone could help me in below situations. I moved in canada last yeat 9th july on NON -LMIA job ( intra company transfer) as associate designation ( my work permit was filed with NOC 2174) . On 1 Jan 2021 I got promoted to designation Manager but there is no change in roles and responsibilties( so basically still working on same NOC). While creating express entry profile, should I have one entry or should I break in 2 entries ? If I break in 2 entries whether I'll be still eligible for CEC in coming July ?

it depends on your work reference letter, if your HR will give you just one job designation to cover the whole duration or break it in two. Follow what’s in it.

regardless, both designations are the same NOC and obtained under a valid work permit. You’d be able to gain 1 year Canadian work experience just fine.
