I'm already done for my medical before we send our application and we send our apllication last oct. and we receive a letter for approval last nov.6 how many days again to wait for the passport request?

We're pretty much in the same boat as you. The timeline now depends all on which overseas visa office is processing your file.

First of all, everyone is supposed to send their medical with their application. So the fact that you did as well will not mean that you application will be processed any faster. Finalization of applications varies widely from one visa office to another. Without knowing which visa office you`re dealing with, there is no way to give you an accurate response to your question. It could be anywhere from 2 to 24 months, depending on which office.
