Is RCMP Criminal Record Figerprint request the last stage in PR Process?

Also please let me know what is the average timeline from RCMP certificate submission to PPR email in General?

Just checking how much time it took after you submitted the RCMP certificate.... I am in same boat and submitted the certificate q week ago.
