How long will it take to receive acceptance letter from conestoga college?

Well i have applied for diploma in health office administration and i have applied for september intake.
And my agent is saying that you will get offer letter because i have applied for program in starting (when course was open in conestoga college

I have applied in 14th february and still my status is (admission under review) well, i am having doubts about offer letter. So anybody can say that now how much time will conestoga take to give offer letter.

Hello frinds,
I got 7.7 CGPA in mechanical engineering
Had 8 backlog history( from 2 to 4 sem)

I have 7 bands overall
(L-8, R-6.5, W-6, S-6.5)
I applied for “Applied Manufacturing Management” PG program (Doon) in conestoga on 29th march What are my chances to get offer letter by this profile

I got LOA from mohwak college now I’m confused what to do now? should I wait for conestoga or I should take the offer from mohawk?
