How long to wait to receive the renewed prc for an app. On the second review?

My parents' applications for renewed permenat resident cards were submitted in late March. On May 19, we received an email from CIC asking us to provide #1.complete pages if passports and #2. personal immigration entry/ exit records issued by the countries where they have travelled. Q1: can the stamps from the customs in the countries where they travelled be sufficient for #2? Q2: Normally how long do people wait to get the renewed PRC for a second review app.? Thanks!

I think you still need to give the entry exit records with passport pages.
This email, I dont think, is for secondary review. This is them just confirming your dates on the application with your passport, I think.
However, did you recieve your card?
