How long till I can login to e-CAS?

Hi everyone,

I got my sponsorship approval yesterday, but today I still can't login to e-CAS. I tried using the UCI, file number, and receipt number, but none of them worked.

Is this normal? When should I expect to be able to login to e-CAS?

It is, it will take maybe a week. Keep trying. Just remember the UCI is with the sponsor's information and the File Number is with the applicants information.

ecas is the online system CIC uses. Once you get your sponsor approval, you will be given your file number and you can log in and try and see what is happening to your file. Ecas doesn't provide much information though, so don't hold your breath!
