how long takes to get a credential id of PR portal after you're approved for PR?

Hello,
I got everything complete on tracker on January 15 with COPR number and Final decision date January 15 in GC Key but no Portal 1 email yet. I called CIC a couple of times and they informed me that my file is being processed at Edmonton Office. Does anyone has any idea about their timelines or how can I contact them?
I work in government and my position is subject to immigration status, getting frustrated now because it's been over 6 months since AOR. I sent them a webform day before yesterday but no acknowledgement or response yet.
Any suggestion/assistance will be highly appreciated.

My friend said it took 3 weeks for him. How long did it take for your ecopr to be issued after submitting photos?
Hi everyone, my P2 email is taking WAY too long, it might be because I applied through PNP.
I got P1 on Jan 5th, replied on the 8th and have sent 3 follow up messages ever since to no avail.
If anyone else is taking this long, let’s suffer together I’ll keep you updated in case someone is on the same boat.

P1 - Feb 27 (replied same day without any follow-up emails)
P2 - March 7
eCoPR - today, March 11
VO - Montreal
Application type: Canadian Experience Class.

I got reply from IRCC on follow up that my file is under Virtual Landing queue. i was outside canada when my P1 came. So replied back same day that i am outside canada.
P1 - Jan 11 (replied back outside canada )
(Replied back again after coming to Canada on Jan 27 that i have landed with details)
P2 - Feb 14 ( submited declaration and photo)
Got reply on follow up email that my file is in Virtual landing queue - mar 1
Still waiting for ecopr.
Any idea what’s the timeline for virtual landing queue is ? Or is it the same as ecopr ?
