You got the credentials or just a url which directed you to the portal and you were auto logged in there?

Just url which directed to the IRcc pr portal.

No one really knows, but people are able to guess depending on the progress of other people's timeline.

I'd say anywhere within the 10 months (for non Quebec applications) processing time. Sorry you are hearing it this way with all the anxiety people get from the wait, just know that you'll get an update anytime soon. I think mine took about 1-2 months for for eligibility, and it has been more for some people and less for others.
