Hello everyone,

I'm going to Canada as an international student but couldn't find anywhere if my sponsored spouse can study (part-time or full-time) with her open work permit.
Acctualy I found a thread from 2014 wich said that people with open work permit can only get enrroled in study programs with maximum 6 months of duration, is this still valid? If the program is less than 6 months long, is she allowed to study full time or just part time?

Thanks!!

You need a study permit to study. A work permit is not for study.
