How long it takes to be PR

I am going to be refugee.If my case is complete and if i get refugee claim is that means I have Pr Card if its not how long it takes to get Canada Pr for refugees.(Turkish republic is my homecountry)

If you get a positive refugee hearing you become a protected person. This can take up to 2+ years at this point. Once you are approved as a protected person you can apply for PR which is currently taking around 15 months. After you get approved then you are a PR and get a PR card.
