How long does the approval process take after submitting the requested documents

Hi all,
I got a document request on 14th OCt, I submitted the requested document on the same day and the review began on 20th Oct but I haven't received my PPR yet, has anyone experienced/ experiencing such situation?

Upfront medical-13/08/21
Visa application- 25/08/21
Biometrics- 03/09/21
Medical upload date -14/10/21
Document request- 14/10/21
Correspondence letter- 20/10/21
Review of eligibility start date- 20/10/21

I got the request letter on October 26 and review of additional documents haven't started.
