how long does morden take and will I be informed if failed?

My family had applied the application of Community Driven Immigration Initiative. From the reponse letter, I was informed i will be informed as soon as My family is asked to pay a visit to morden. But if failed , will I be informed too? Some body help me! And Does any body have similar experience of applying Community Driven Immigration Initiative? All people get response at the last day in the letter? Or some one get it earlier?

in their email they state when they will review your application and what will be the outcome, you they choose you for EV they will let you know, and if your application was not chosen they will notify you by email

No, my cousin did though and she received an email telling her that her application was not chosen and that only 5% made it from all applications they have received, personally I can't live a small community.
