How long does it take from getting PR confirmation letter to receiving PR card?

Hello,

I recently (about 2 weeks ago) received the confirmation letter of my PR application in the Express Entry system and the letter asked me to send two photos with the letter to a PR office in Vancouver. I mailed those docs out on the same day but can't see any update on my EE application profile.

Does anyone know how long would this process take normally? Am I able to keep track of the status?
