How long does it take for PR renouncement to process?

I have PR from when I was 8, but my family did not fulfill residency obligations so I've just submitted my EE profile to immigrate again.

I have not sent in my application to renounce my previous PR yet. Does anyone know how long that will take to process? Or if when my EE gets reviewed and the renouncement has not fully completed processing, will they deny my application?

It can take weeks or months. Apply ASAP.

Yes, if you are still a PR, they will refuse your app.
