How long does it take CPP-O to stamp PR visas?

I did the Flag Pole yesterday, Sunday.

It was a quick, hassle free, safe and the officer was so friendly.

He took my passport and COPR then asked me to take a seat and he called me again to verify my mailing address then he said take a seat again.

He called me after 2minutes and he gave a Canadian Flag saying Congratulations you are a Permanent resident of Canada.

The journey is over.. at least for the time being!!
did my landing today at Niagara Falls. Walked the bridge to US, and walked back the same way to Canada. The weather today was not as bad as yesterday's ice storm. The entire process took 30-40 mins. Pleasant experience on both sides of the border, and a remarkable day in my life

hey guys add my case here
i sent my passport to Ottawa on DEC 19 by Canada post. Canada post website says Out for delivery for last week. It doesnt show its been delivered. i called Canada post they said to me its been delivered on Dec 23 but i haven't got any confirmation from CIC. should i be worried seniors please advise

WELL I DONT THINK THERE IS ANYTHING TO WORRY BECAUSE CANADA POST HAS BEEN REALLY BUSY DURING CHRISTMAS TIME..I AM SURE THEY HAVE DELIVERED YOUR PASSPORT

I hope to receive my passports this week. I sent on 19th Dec...CIC says they received it on 27th Dec...I am counting 10-12 calenders days after 27th...anyone here with same timeline ??

Exactly the same only the difference my package was received on Dec 24th. Can I ask How did you get a confirmation from CIC that they received your passports on Dec 27th?

I emailed CIC to confirm that they received my passports and they replied with the date they were received.

Yeah it seems like 5-6 working days once they receive the passport.

My return tracker got activated on 6th Jan and it is still showing item processed in Ottawa. I am from vancouver, bc and I wonder how long it takes to receive passport from ottawa.. Anyone ??
