How long does it take CPP-O to stamp PR visas?

This is the only response I got it from CPP-Ottawa after sending them 8 emails.

I haven't received any confirmation of them receiving my passport.. I hope mine didn't get lost.... I clearly asked them the whereabouts of my passport... but that is the only response... :-\

My friend. this was the last email they sent to me and today a different reply .. so I guess they are moving but moving at the speed of snale. I really wish we all get passports soon before the long weekend of May

It's only the 6th now, but I'm already paradoxically dreading the coming long weekend...

CPP-O received my passport April 9 same as yours, I Pray mine will be next.... ;D

My friends; those who sent there passports in April. They dont have to worry. You will be getting them back in 3-4 weeks Max.

Its an issue with people who sent passports in Feb. That specific Feb batch is some where lost in big chunks of files. That is why it is taking alot of time for our visas to come.

I just pray they get those files out of deep S*** and stamp visas and send them to us soon

Mine changed to decision made the day after i received the email requesting the passport

Usually, when there are two addresses (mailing and home, both could be the same) side by side on your eCas, it means your passport has been stamped, and is in queue to be sent back to you. But I'm not sure.

Anyway, guys, those who are still waiting for your passports and have been waiting for months, if you live in Canada, try contacting your local MP, and see how they can follow up.
