R sending their PP. I sent my PP to PO box one.

So I guess that is the reason. No one in this forum has received anything if sent on POBox. I guess POBox is not being monitored at all otherwise there must have been atleast some response for the guys who sent on that address. And the worst part is that, 60 days deadline for submitting the PP is also about to expire. dont know what to do

are you kidding me? THEY mentioned in their website where and how to send them passports, it is not like we brainstormed the place! They have our passports where they wanted them. The 60 days deadline should be THEIR concern now and not ours

I checked my inbox and they said "No passport received" and I am the POBox guy too. They sending majority of the PP back within 2 week sent on other address. And not even one response for POBox in this forum. They will start resfusing after 60 days because they did not receive the PP. dont know what to do

Mine was sent to a P.O Box and they acknowledged its reception. I don't think the delay has anything to do with where you send your passport. Trust me it is not lost, they have it! CPP-O started issuing visas pretty soon, so imagine how unorganized and slow they would be
CPP-O guyz have not been replying to my emails. I tried sending fax to the number given in the website , however even the fax gets rejected saying that the receiver fax system is not operational.
I don't know how we can contact these people. Everything said and done, its our PP and they are lying somewhere God knows.
I am assuming, they start processing from next week as it would be new fiscal year end and they wanted to everybody to send their PP and Right of permanent Resident Fees to achieve the target amount before the fiscal year end close. Anyways this is just my assumption. Lets hope for good of all.

The wait time and the lack of replies to inquiries are simply awful service. I just wrote to my riding's MP - who is my elected federal representative, as well as to the minister of immigration. I encourage everyone to do the same; nothing to lose.
