I sent my PP to the other address through express post on 1st of March and it was successfully delivered on 5th. I wrote CPP-O an email during the third week of March. I got their reply back within two hours saying that they have received my passport and waiting to be finalized. After that I wrote them two emails one a week ago and one today. No reply yet. Its really frustrating to wait this long.

I am also with similar time line. after 7 weeks I got a response from them that they have passport..

and now god knows how long it takes to send my PP back...

I was just wondering people who have dependents on their file they are the ones who are getting Passports late. Am I right? I am not sure whether the single applicants are also taking the same amount of time to get the passports back.

May be you are correct.....

and I observe that if they have replied once to your e-mail and then they won't reply to you untill they have some update on your case.

its like only one mail per applicant....

these passport are reaching them and some one is updating our file .....but in mean time if you ask for update they are saying they have not got your passport ...like generic reply....

I have a feeling that the one's whose Medicals have just happened and not expiring in coming months are the ones who are mostly delayed by CIC to return back their Passports.

I'm a single, visa exempt applicant and I've been waiting since Feb 22.

I did my medical Nov 2011 and didn't have to redo.
We can't make sense of this process. It is like a lottery.

Just like the previous week, I hope CPP-O will send out a whole bunch of passports today....

I totally agree.. There is no pattern to the way CPP-O is processing applications.. Only option is to wait n wait endlessly for the passport.. this is 6th week since my passport was delivered.

The only pattern is CHAOS and DISORGANIZATION - just hope you are on the top of a pile somewhere. Definitively, there was not a great deal of thought placed into this system.

Anyone's Tracker got activated today ?
Mine is not :(
My pp reached there on Mar 18. No updates, no email reply :(
Which address did u send to, the PO box or the courier address?

I asked my MPs office to look into things. Apparently my CoPR was mailed March 25. Exactly how long does it take post to arrive from Ottawa. It has been 2 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous. Do you think if I have to pay $10,000 in hospital fees for the birth of my baby, that immigration will refund the money?
