How long does it take CPP-O to stamp PR visas?

There were two guys on this forum from US. They said it took 4-5 days to get passports from Ottawa by regular mail.
I hope they at least will send us emails when they send our PPs out

Hello Friends,
I paid the Landing fees on 23rd April and still no POassport request. Can anybody tell me when should i expect this? Medical, RCMP fingerprinting already done and ecas state " Medicals have been received ; Starting processing my application on April 16.

Please help.

PPR takes 1-3 months after medicals have been submitted and status is "In process" .

I got my passport back after 10 weeks. The visa is issued on May 7 (last week). It is valid until Sept. 2013 which I think is the expiry date of my medical. I did my medical on Sept. 2011, assuming they extended it once for a year, it should expire on Sept. 2013. Anyway, my timeline is this: Pass req.: Feb 25, Passport delivered to CIC: March 6, Visa stamped: May 7, Delivered to me: May 16.

Today, when I checked my online status, my current address was changed to Montreal, QC, Canada. The rest of it was deleted.

I contacted my MP office on May 10, but she didn't get back to me and I don't think she ever sent an inquiry (maybe she did, I don't know). Journey Started: Sept. 2010 (CSQ Application), finished: May 2013.
