How long do you think 2131 will hold ?

I know at least ten applicants either stuck with WES or
Ielts/ Celpip or with PCC like in my case.
(Applying from INDIA)
I think I will be able to file my case by August 1st week, I am just
anxious if the NOC 2131 remains open till that time Huh?
Any Inputs ?

Police certificate is not required at the time of applying...why wait

Looking at the previous year trend , it should hold till September..... But it is just a guess...
