Yes, I applied in 2023. Eligibility review started on march 22 same time i got correspondence.

Interesting that on my GCkey, the eligibility review and background check are still in progress. But Final decision was made along with PPR.

I asked an MP to get me an update a year back and they told me my background checks are complete. But on the profile it stays it’s still in process.
