We got married a month ago. My spouse got an offer letter and is planning to go for may intake. We wana go together. Should we apply together. Will we face rejection? Or else can I apply for a visitor visa and then convert it to spousal open work permit after reaching canada. Please help me with relevant information. God bless.

Has she already applied for a study permit? Have you been in a longterm dating relationship where you have proof that you have been dating like pictures together for family events, vacations, etc. and proof of texts during the whole time you were dating. Was this an arranged marriage and you don’t have a long dating history?

She is just about to apply. We are just trying to figure out if to apply together or not. We were not in a long term relationship. This was an arranged marriage. We have pictures of the events. Have the proof of texts also till now.

Shall I apply for spousal open work permit along with her student visa or I should apply after her getting her student visa? Or I should go for visitor visa. Can you please tell me what are my real options so that we can go together
