How do I check status? Mailed citizen app in feb

I mailed app in feb. how can I check to see if they got it? Who can I call as well. All I know is Canada post ref confirmed they got it in Nova Scotia...but I want to check on Canada GC site to see status of my application.

When you check online use your Client ID, which is your PR card number xxxx-xxxx

I'm getting the "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided" error. Am I getting this because they have not registered my file yet?

Can others log in right away once mailing to see if they received the application??

It took about two months from delivery to when I was able to see my status online.

Contact the Call Centre on Monday and ask them what date of applications are being opened. If this date is before the date your application was received then you won't see anything on ecas since they haven't got to your application yet.
