How difficult is to get the Travel document

Dear Seniors

Please advise if getting a Travel document is a hassle.
I went to Canada this month to do my first landing and came back within 3 days. My wife is still there and now I need to go back within a month to join her. Please advise if it is simple to get a travel document.

It should be very easy since you are a new PR. Make sure you apply at least two weeks before you plan to return to Canada.
