Protected person had hearing on Jan, 2017 and submitted PR on March, 2017. right after they got the application I have been asked to send medical exam and police certificate I submitted those on May, 2017 since then I haven't heard back anything.

My question here: How could some determine which phase the application on right now? Is the application on Step 1: Initial assessment OR on Step 2: Final decision? Is there way I can check the application phase online or number to call to and confirm which phase the application on right now?
