Look for an employer to sponsor you.
If you have managerial experience you could try FSW and if you know French you could try QSW.

mate what about me i want to apply ng BC PNP, can i submit my application without Job offer? thanks

Unless you are ready to invest a few hundred thousands $ or got a master's degree from a BC university in natural sciences, you will need a permanent job offer in NOCs A, O or B

You seem very experienced so you should try FSW if you don't have a job offer

The OP would need a job offer for PNP or for FSW as computer engineers and software developers are not on the list of accepted occupations to apply without a job offer.

hi there, please advise me how to get a job offer? what is the req. to convince the employer? please...

Is it truth that after 9 months working in BC on a work permit, you dont need AEO, but only employer letter with job offer to apply for BC PNP?

Only in certain occupations. That is a pilot project set to end in August, 2011.
