How can i delete an ineligible profile under EE

You cannot. It has no effect on your future application(s).

create another and make sure all the details are accurate. I also had two instances of profile turning ineligible.

But another question i have though...does it mean i will create another profile with the same reference number. Tried to start the whole process all over again by starting from Come to Canada Tool and also to see if i would be able to generate a new reference number but it i have not been able to do so.

Can someone pls tell me what to do.
