i already submitted my MPNP application last February 29 thru mailand my online application last Feb. 28 but until now I have not received any feedback from them.. How will I know my status?

Sadly, you won't know anything until they send you something. It can take up to two months before it's transferred, and usually you will get an AOR from your VO. Be patient!
