How can I authorize my eca from MCC to IRCC?

I do not know how send my ECA to IRCC.

When you apply the ECA for Immigration Purpose from an evaluation body in Canada, you're provided with two copies of ECA report usually: one is shared with you and the other one is shared directly to IRCC. Check in your online account or MCC customer executive for the same.

And need email to send ECA report to IRCC
And send one copy of ECA to me

Hey,
I'm a physician too and I just sent the digital version of my ECA. The IRCC can check the ECA based on the number we provide, so I believe there's no problem in just sending them this digital version.
