I had these papers from my previous country / company.
-Certificate of employment (issued by my previous company) : full-time / job title (statistician) / work period / department / etc.
-Certificate of income (issued by National Tax Service / and one more, issued by National Pension)

In addition, my work duties isn't clearly described or listed on certificate of employment, it just say that I worked as a Statistican and Data Analyst, that's it.

I didn't major statistics at univ (my major was economics), but I worked as a statistican for insurance company, and I'm afraid CIC would find this suspicious although there is no lie or bluff at all. I'm pretty sure that if CIC make a reference call or send emails, my company staff cannot reply correctly becasue they don't speak English well. So chances are CIC can think I lied about my job duties to apply to FSW.

do you think they will dig into verifying my work experience, and will make a reference call or something?? or am I just too much worried about it?

Also, I don't know if it's important or not, I'm studying Programming in Canada right now.

Sometimes they verifying employment by contacting your employer and sometimes they don't. It's really impossible for any of us to say what they will do in your case. However verification calls and visits certainly do happen. They are typically conducted by local staff so language barriers shouldn't be a problem.
