How much do realtors normally charge for helping you find homes? Also, how easy is it to find a home from outside Canada?

Great to see u again .. Im renting for now. Hopefully will buy a new home for ourselves soon if god wishes us to do so.

Fees are paid by the person renting the home (not by you). Generally speaking, it's quite difficult to rent a home from outside of Canada. It's strongly recommended you wait until you are in Canada before you rent a place long-term so that you can see it in person.
