Have you found out whether foreign workers can choose to have their children homeschooled?

I have also looked for this information, but everything is aimed towards canadian citizens (but they have access to free public schools, so homeschooling is just an option).

Now foreign workers need to pay $9,000-$12,000/year for each child to go to a canadian public school. That would eat up anyone's whole monthly budget, specially if they more than one child, like in your case...
