Hii, I applied my file under HSW pilot program in February 2021 and received temporary AOR on sep 25th 2021. On 27sep 2021, I have received a letter from ircc in which they mentioned that the following documents are missing
1. Open work permit application
2. Biometric fees $85
I don’t understand why they are asking for open work permit application because I already have a work permit for 3years which I attached with my application. I am so worried what should I do now I don’t need a work permit again I applied my file under this program to get a PR not work permit. Can somebody please help me? I have only got 30 days time period to send the documents.

Did you already have 24 months Canadaian experience as a caregiver under NOC 4412 HSW prior to applying?

No, at that time I had one year of experience but I am still doing the same job with same employer and within 3months I am going to have complete 2yrs of experience on my PGwork permit I will send the proof of work experience to the immigration.

One of my friend applied permanent residency application in 2019 under the same program through the immigration lawyer before the completion of 2 year experience but the immigration didn’t send her any email regarding the submition of open work permit application. She completed her 2yrs of experience already on PGWP and now the immigration is asking her to provide them the proof of work experience and other documents.

Yes I know and they also mentioned, if you are currently working but you don’t have 2 years of experience you have to wait until you obtain experience. The only reason I applied before experience, I thought once they reach the limit of applications they gonna close the program close same as HCCP.

I believe there's no harm if you will comply to IRCC's request. Congrats, at least your application is moving unlike us outside applicants. But still I'm hoping and praying for the best

Yes you have to fill the open work permit application and have to pay the biometric fees even if you are already done your biometric before. I also pay my kids schooling visa fees , I already completed my 2 year work experience,even after that I have to pay it , I confirmed this by phone call.

Thank you for reply. Application received by them on 24-02-2020, application number start with XE received on july 8 2021. Number start with XE is temporary or Permanent?? What else you want me to share ? Thank you
