This pre arrival invitation; is this what you will be travelling to Canada with or will there be another letter of invitation?
Because the website says, the work permit will be issued by an immigrations officer at the port of entry after inspecting your documents.

You need proof that you are capable to do the job. While it doesn't say a certain number of years experience is needed, it would definitely make the application strongerHello

experience will help to make the case stronger. if you are going to visit the website they have 3 sub categories for HCCPP, I never really look into it cuz I fall under the 3rd sub category which is 24 mos or more for experience.Hello
