Congratulations. This is very good news. Good to know that people are actually being approved for the work permit. Thank you for sharing this news with the forum.
This pre arrival invitation; is this what you will be travelling to Canada with or will there be another letter of invitation?
Because the website says, the work permit will be issued by an immigrations officer at the port of entry after inspecting your documents.
Hello,

Sorry but you are slightly mistaken as to what the pre-arrival invitation is. Pre-arrival invitation is not a work permit. This pre-arrival invitation is for services that Canada provides that allows new immigrants to get information regarding their new life in Canada.

You can look at this link to see what I am talking about: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/new-immigrants/new-life-canada/pre-arrival-services.html

Hope this answers your questions correctly.

Thanks

You need proof that you are capable to do the job. While it doesn't say a certain number of years experience is needed, it would definitely make the application stronger

experience will help to make the case stronger. if you are going to visit the website they have 3 sub categories for HCCPP, I never really look into it cuz I fall under the 3rd sub category which is 24 mos or more for experience.
for the submission I believe everything is by paper as they don't have online application for the said pathway.
you can find valuable information here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/caregivers/child-care-home-support-worker.html
