Congratulations! Next is you need to comply with the requirements of Canada and Philippines. HCCP applicant needs OEC (Overseas Employment Certificate) it's like an exit clearance/pass required for hccp to leave their country. Also as employer we need to send some documents to Polo Toronto. Sadly, this may take another few months to accomplish, at least 2 months. We are collecting more information and documents needed.

Can someone clarify the need for Employer's to provide documents to Polo in Canada. My understanding is that it is not required since the work permit for HCCP and HSW will be an Open Work Permit (Occupation Restricted) Theres a lot of confusion and there was even a POLO memorandum that another HCCP applicant posted on Facebook which indicates that an OEC is not required.

I phoned POLO Vancouver and I was told it's still needed. They said that that memorandum shouldn't have been released.

Yesterday we received a good news, our HCCP January 2020 applicant, single, outside Canada, received email from IRCC for passport request and pre-arrival email. We received email from IRCC last month requesting NOAs, letter of explanation, then after 1 wk medical request, biometrics, PCC and updated forms request. We completed all the requirements and submitted everything they need in less than 1 month and yesterday her eligibility got approved. I hope you all will received good news too. Thank you so much for all your help.

Hi Congrats for great news , May I know outside which country it was and you mentioned that medical passed on June 10th, and passport request received within one month only . That's really quick , confirm my understanding is correct. also important is whether you sent PCC physical copy to Visa officer by mail as they ask original copy in documents requirement letter or you sent scan copy and uploaded through web form. thanks
