Hi, are you the sponsor or the principal apllicant? If you are the sponsor, did you post a job offer first in Job sites like workbc or indeed.ca? If yoy are the principal applicant, did you take the 6 month caregiving course? Thank you so much! I am planning to get my cousin in tye Philippines as a caregiver.

I am the sponsor. I didn't post anything since that's only for LMIA application. With new pilot, LMIA is not needed.

I see. Does the caregiver need to take Caregiving Course? Do you have to submit your T4 or Notice of Assessment from the CRA to prove your income? Does the caregiver have experience back home? Wondering also if she should have SSS to prove that she's employed? Sorry got lots of questions. Thank you so much!!!

She did not take the caregiver course since she's a nurse. She has some paid experience looking after a child and SSS contributions to back it up.

I didn't submit NOA.

Please clarify this. I'm confused at the last moment.

Are we required to send certified (notarized) copies of Passport, birth certificates and marriage certificate etc.

I have file ready with documents are photo copied but notarized or certified. Please suggest if it is mandatory to send certified versions only.

I know translated documents must be certified but what about all other documents.

Please suggest...

My uncle and aunt both are doing job and they need a person who help them to manage household activities. My aunt has a backbone issue aswell so she need a companion
