Hiring a representative and checking on Ecas?

Hi so i had applied for sponsorship immigration for my parents this year.

My application was delivered on May 29 and my immigration lawyer sent me AOR letter on Sept 5 which has a file number and telling me that they had received it

However i still can't find my case on Ecase system. I had every possibilities

I am wondering is it because i am using a representative to handle my case?
