This week seems to be for PPR. I am also waiting like you . So annoyed and angry !

yeah hopefully.. just to give you some info, I ordered GCMS on May 2nd and these are the findings.


Criminality: RCMP : No Trace Found, In Progress ( I believe background and Criminality for my home country is still in progress. Or they didn't even start yet (not sure). I think they start Criminality after eligibility check else I doubt that it should take so much time for Criminality Check.)
Eligibility: In Process. Recommend Passed in detailed notes. Checked Work Experience, IELTS Score, Job Duties matching to NOC, Salary Slips, NOA.
Medicals: Not Started
Security: Not Started.

In June first week, I went to Local MP office and they confirmed background and Criminality is in progress.

I have ordered GCMS again today and will keep you posted..

Hopefully I get some good news before GCMS arrive .

Add me to this list.....I am so frustrated now even if I try not to be. I wish I could call them and ask them to look into my file. Unless your waiting time exceeds 13 months, they won't do anything on the phone. Getting GCMS notes is not my option. I am in the dark and will be in the dark for the rest of this process. If anyone orders GCMS and gets it, please shere your findings here. I just want to get back to Canada asap.

I don't understand some of november apps are getting their medicals and we haven't. I don't want to say unfair but my feeling is pretty close to it. (I have no hard feeling to the nov apps who get their MR btw. )

There are few April 2012 people who are waiting for medicals. So point is every case is different and CEC/Canada Immigration is doing its best. You have to be patient enough.

I am living in Japan now and have no one to ask to apply for GCMS on behalf of me.
Oh well..I just have to wait for the whole thing until the end of Oct so that I can ask them to actually process my case......

Hey thanks for sharing your information, it was really helpful, which is most likely that our case is stuck in the criminal and background check, I ordered the note as well in the mid of this month... Hopefully I can hear something positive... I tried to calm down myself for it, but it is hard to control myself.,, you know, I don't like my job, but I have to stay there until I get my pr...

I think the applicant of GCMS has to uppload his/her ID that macthes his/her address. If I use your address only, it won't match my current address on my ID. I might misunderstand this GCMS thing. For your information, you don't need to submit any ID. As long as you are asking your own information under Act of Privacy, you don't need any ID. You are the one who know your file number and other personal information, So go and apply your own with any address.

You only need ID when you are asking something under Act of Information and you want some General information from Government.
