My brother lives in canada he married in pakistan he lived 3 weeks in pakistan after going back he divorced her bceacuse she had affair with other men she had a child and her sister lives in canada she put case on my brother that he give 1700$ to her xwife but when the child born my mother and me live in pakistan they didn’t tell us and we haven’t seen the child face so my brother what should we do

This has nothing to do with immigration.

Your brother will either need to pursue this through the court system in Pakistan or through the legal system in Canada.
